Joe Sroga presented his first training class in towing and recovery in 1973 for the Minnesota Service Station Association and Minneapolis Automobile Club. Joe, as President of Star Training and Consulting, Inc., has presented training classes for a large number of state towing associations and many national motor clubs.


 
 

Joseph Sroga is an expert in the areas of towing and recovery of automobiles and trucks. The clients and areas of his services include plaintiff and defense attorneys, prosecutors, police departments, municipalities, fire departments, insurance companies, associations, consulting firms, owner/operators. Service United States.

Professional Experience Over 50 years experience with operations, maintenance and safety of the towing and recovery industry.

Legal Experience and Services Consultant to the legal community for plaintiff, defense, arbitration, and mediation. Federal and State Court experience. Case and report reviews, questions for interrogatories and depositions.
