Star Training and Consulting, Inc. was founded by current President, Joseph Sroga and is located in Chisago City , MN and is company- focused on the education and promotion of excellence in the towing and recovery industry. Star Training and Consulting, Inc. has been offering superior educational courses in both light duty and heavy duty towing. Each course offered brings with it the lifelong experience in the towing and recovery industry of instructor Joe Sroga. Joe has been instrumental in improving the towing and recovery industry through training and education for the past 30 years. Star Training and Consulting, Inc. has provided consulting information for most of the major vehicle manufacturers on technical aspects of towing procedures.

In Nov. the Garden State Towing Assn. Hosted a heavy-duty towing and recovery class. About 35 students attended the class. In April we will be conducting a Light medium-duty training class for the Professional Towing And Recovery Operators of Illinois. In May we will be conducting a light duty training class at Randy Meyer Trucks in Kansas City. In June a light medium class in Iowa. We are proud of our new web- site. In May we will be attending a Sae towability Meeting in Detroit.

Joe Sroga presented his first training class in towing and recovery in 1973 for the Minnesota Service Station Association and Minneapolis Automobile Club. Joe, as President of Star Training and Consulting, Inc., has presented training classes for a large number of state towing associations and many national motor clubs. He has also worked with 5 different police departments, 12 Car Dealers, and several motorclubs.
